Bonjesta VR Experience

An immersive experience designed to be felt, understood, and remembered

As part of the Exeltis event in Cartagena, we developed a virtual reality experience to present Bonjesta from a different perspective: not only informative, but also emotional, sensory, and memorable.

Through an immersive simulation, participants went through a journey that began with a feeling of vertigo and uncertainty and ended in an environment of calm, balance, and well-being.

The Initial Challenge

How could we communicate the value of a medication in an impactful, clear, and memorable way?

The challenge was to create an experience that connected with attendees beyond a traditional presentation. To achieve this, we designed an immersive narrative in which users could experience an emotional transition: moving from discomfort, emptiness, and instability toward a safe, calm, and controlled space.

The experience needed to be brief, intuitive, and easy to use within the context of a corporate event, without technical friction or the need for prior learning.

Our Solution

We created a virtual reality experience for Meta Quest 3, without the use of controllers, using hand tracking to enable a natural and intuitive interaction.

The journey begins inside a virtual elevator. The user feels as though they are slowly ascending until reaching a great height. As the doors open, a plank appears suspended in the void, inviting them to walk forward and face a feeling of vertigo.

After this moment of tension, the experience shifts environments and transports the user to a space of calm, softness, and well-being, representing the relief and tranquility associated with the medication.

Controller-Free Technology, Hand-Based Interaction

The experience was developed to run on Meta Quest 3, leveraging hand tracking to remove barriers to use.

Participants did not need controllers or complex instructions: they simply put on the headset, used their hands naturally, and experienced the journey smoothly.

This enabled a more agile, modern activation aligned with the context of the event.

Immersive Experience with an Emotional Narrative

We designed a sequence that combines visual impact, a sense of height, and emotional response. The goal was to create a memorable experience in which participants could associate the change of state — from emptiness to calm — with the brand’s central message.

The experience was designed to be clear, safe, and accessible for all attendees.

From Vertigo to Calm

The experience was built around an emotional contrast: first, a feeling of emptiness, height, and uncertainty; then, a transition into a calm, bright, and safe environment.

This shift in atmosphere made it possible to symbolically represent the journey from discomfort to well-being, reinforcing Bonjesta’s message through a sensory experience.

Result

The activation allowed attendees to experience something different, emotional, and technological, transforming the brand message into a personal journey.

Rather than simply watching a presentation, participants were able to feel the contrast between uncertainty and calm, making the experience more memorable and meaningful within the Exeltis event in Cartagena.

Working with Sosadiaz marked a turning point for our brand. Their strategic approach and ability to understand our needs allowed us not only to improve our digital presence, but also to connect more effectively with our clients. The results exceeded our expectations.
