The Challenge

Werfen needed a corporate event that went beyond a presentation agenda. The challenge was to transform every touchpoint — from the entrance to the main stage — into an experience aligned with its identity, capable of communicating unity, specialization, and shared purpose.

We developed a proposal that integrated branding, technical production, ambiance, registration, signage, and interactive spaces so attendees could experience the brand message in a clear, visual, and memorable way.

A corporate experience designed from start to finish

The Werfen Kick Off was planned as a complete brand journey. From the moment attendees arrived, every visual and functional element was designed to reinforce the event concept: a united, specialized company focused on moving forward as one team.

The production included a technical site visit, design of event materials, production review, color testing, setup, database validation, attendee registration, minute-by-minute agenda development, and support throughout the entire event.

We created a comprehensive solution for Werfen’s corporate event, combining custom scenography, large-format screens, ambient lighting, institutional registration, signage, and branded pieces designed specifically for the space.

The goal was to build a smooth and cohesive experience, where every moment helped guide attendees, strengthen Werfen’s presence, and elevate the perception of the event as an innovative, organized, and memorable corporate gathering.

High-impact entrance with Werfen branding

From the very first touchpoint, the entrance was designed to create a strong brand presence. Large-format Werfen dimensional letters were installed in the access area on a blue base with backlighting, creating a visual halo that highlighted the brand within the lobby.

This area served as a welcome point, a visual reference, and the first photo moment for attendees.

Institutional registration and welcome experience

The registration area was designed with a Werfen institutional counter and a backlit welcome panel. This space made it possible to receive attendees in an organized way, reinforce the corporate image, and facilitate access to the event from the very first moment.

The registration included support staff, badge delivery, and a visual ambiance aligned with the main graphic identity of the kick off.

The main stage integrated side screens and a curved central screen featuring Werfen’s institutional graphics, creating a modern, spacious, and immersive visual experience for the presentations.

Additional support screens were also placed on the sides of the auditorium to improve visibility for attendees seated at the back, ensuring a clear, comfortable, and professional experience throughout the entire agenda.

Corporate signage to guide attendees and reinforce the brand

We designed signage pieces using Werfen’s visual identity to guide attendees throughout the event and facilitate circulation between spaces.

The signage not only served a practical purpose, but also helped maintain a consistent visual narrative, connecting the entrance, the auditorium, the working room, and the different experience areas.

Results:

The Werfen Kick Off successfully integrated communication, production, and experience into a single brand journey. Each component was designed to reinforce the event’s core message, improve the attendee experience, and elevate Werfen’s visual presence across every space.
