The Initial Challenge

Exeltis needed an interactive, memorable experience aligned with the brand’s visual identity for its event in Bucaramanga. The goal was to create an innovative touchpoint that would invite attendees to actively participate, enjoy a personalized experience, and connect with the brand universe in a different way.

The challenge was to integrate technology, design, and storytelling within a single space, ensuring that the interaction was intuitive, fast, and visually appealing for the event audience.

We developed an immersive experience that combined hand detection, 3D animation, and augmented reality in an installation designed especially for Exeltis.

The experience began when the user placed their hand over a wireless sensor created by our team. This action activated the system and triggered a personalized 3D animation on the main screen.

The experience then incorporated augmented reality with facial detection, allowing the participant’s face to be recognized and a message to be displayed over their image in real time. In this way, each attendee became the protagonist of their own story within the branded space.

For this activation, we developed a comprehensive technological solution designed to run smoothly throughout the event and adapt to the physical design of the stand.

The experience combined custom hardware, interactive software, 3D content, and augmented reality, creating a visual journey that connected users with the brand from the very first interaction.

Hand Detection

We created a hand detection system using a wireless sensor developed specifically for the experience.

Users simply had to place their hand over the indicated surface to activate the interactive journey. This simple and natural interaction made it possible to start the experience without buttons, touchscreens, or complex instructions, making participation more intuitive and engaging.

3D Modeling and Animation

We designed and developed 3D elements that brought the experience to life on the main screen.

The animations were created to support the visual narrative of the activation, reinforcing the technological, feminine, and immersive nature of the space. The 3D content helped create a dynamic, eye-catching experience that was consistent with Exeltis’ visual identity.

Augmented Reality

We integrated an augmented reality system with facial detection, capable of recognizing the participant’s face in real time.

Based on this detection, the experience displayed a personalized message below the participant’s face, making the user the center of the interaction. This component reinforced the idea of protagonism and created a memorable visual moment, ideal for remembering, sharing, and connecting with the brand.

Result

The activation successfully transformed the Exeltis space into a point of technological and emotional interaction within the event in Bucaramanga.

Attendees were able to participate in a simple, innovative, and visually striking experience, where technology served as a bridge between the brand and the user.

The result was an immersive brand experience designed to generate recall, participation, and connection with the audience.
